Probably not. We stopped by this year because my father entered France in WW2 through Le Havre. They continued on to Harfleur before spending the night there.

It's Saint Joseph's Church of Le Havre. Like most of Le Havre, it was destroyed by the RAF and was rebuilt in a modern concrete style. Fwiw, many French people find it ugly, but it is a lot different than most of the architecture in France.

Very nice! Although I'm not a religious person, I've always loved the cathedrals and churches in Europe. Stained glass windows, castles and such.

It has been a weird few months in NW MT in terms of the weather. Late yesterday afternoon I took this photo from the deck and it feels like summer is over already, not that we had much of a summer other than a couple of weeks of unusually hot weather. I find myself a little melancholy at the thought of summer coming to an end, but I love the fall and lead up to Christmas.

I'm heading to Illinois for work this afternoon, and it's up in the high 90s all next week. Oh joy!

Dinosaur came in for some hay this morning.

Came across this outdoor oven, built many years ago by Basque sheepherders to bake their bread, in a grove of aspen at an elevation of over 7000 feet in one of the most remote parts of Nevada. This thing is huge!

Nearest anything is an Indian Reservation a few miles away but almost no one lives there either. Needless to say, there is also no cell service, and the nearest pavement is about where the nearest gas station is.
