If you didn't change anything else you could probably put that old oil back in and it would run fine!!!

Most Kubotas have an oil monitoring facility built in. It takes the newly installed oil and tests it in a miniature processing plant inside the oil pan.
If you put in substandard oil, the whole machine shuts down until engineers from Japan come and reset it.

Won't Crank/Turn Over (starter does not spin engine) or won't 'Start' (Engine will not fire and run)?
X2 on the levers. Check your PTO lever. I often catch mine with the hammer loop on my coveralls when getting off the tractor, and if the tractor is not running when it happens, I don't realize it.
