First time on this forum. I've got a M4030 su. Last time I used it, it started fine. Shut it off and 30 minutes later went to start it and...nothing. Not a click...nothing.

Could this be the switch just went bad?
The PTO is not engaged.
What other issues could I have?
The lights work.
Thanks
David

Many times when that happens it is one of the other safety switches, either those associated with the seat or the go pedal if it is an HST. Try turning your PTO on and off again too just in case.

Sheepfarmer said it best - check all the places that a safety switch could be - bounce on the seat, check the PTO , check the gear lever, when you cut it off the last time - something is still tripping a switch!
