Hello
Been lurking for the last week checking out things. Looks like a good place to hang out. Picked up a BX2200 last wednesday FEL and scrapper blade. I went and picked up a Woods PHD today used off Craigslist. It's in very good condition with 12" auger. Got it on and tested seems to be ok.
I'm a soon to be retired residential contractor. Of course I'll still have to work a little keep the ol bones moving. I got a couple 65 mustangs in the garage also they kind of keep me busy when I'm not feeing lazy.
The BX only has 60 hrs on it. It was my father in laws. He isn't able to use it anymore. He bought it new August of 01 so you can tell with 60 hrs he didn't use it.

Congratulations on your new tractor, that thing is like brand new. We have a 2200 and 2660, the BX is a great little tractor.

Welcome to the forum RD. You came to the right place. Lots of good fellas here ready with helpful advice. Very nice tractor. BTW, my first car was 6 year old 1967 289 Mustang fastback, painted dark blue. Sure wish I still had it.

Carl if you still had that 67 fastback it would be a hot item. Most poles taken on the mustang forums show the 67 as being the most popular of the fastbacks.

Got a bx2230 myself, and '73 mustang. Had a '72 convertible but recently sold it. Wife wanted to spend more time camping. Be advised, there are 2 fuel filters on the bx. You will eventually ( 200 to 500 hrs) lose steering when hot, the fix is in the forums. If i had to get rid of all my stuff, the bx would be the last to go.

Had a 73 convertible. Wife still wishes she still had that car. We have had about 15 to 20 of them all except 67 and 69. I picked up the filters and fluids for my 50 hr chage the other week. Now I just need to get it done.
