MMM gearbox

Just replaced the seals on my RCK 60-24B gearbox. The belt pulley will not go back on fully. Key way lined up and starts down probably an 1/8 inch but will go no further. Any ideas on how to get pulley back on? Thanks

Might try sliding the pulley on without any key in the keyway to see where the interference is. Then proceed to address that.
