Unless it's got something I don't know about it does not have down force on the 3pt. I have not seen but one tractor my whole life that had down force like that.

NOPE tractors dating back to the dawn of time are power up and gravity down.
I don't know about all of their models, but I know a Belarus 420 has down pressure on the 3 point. My friend had one that would lift the rear of the tractor off the ground.

Factory.
Quoted from an article on Belarus tractors-
"The three-point hitch is operated by a hydraulic cylinder, and is one of the few tractor designs that can apply "Down Pressure" with the three-point hitch."

The problem with having down pressure is that you loose traction on the rear wheels. Not such a big deal with most people having 4 wheel assist now days, but in 2 wheel drive it would be pretty much a worthless feature to have. ;)

The friend with the Belarus loved it for grading their lane. They share a gravel road with other families, and it is about a mile long. He could use enough downpressure to cut better.
He had a barn fire, which got the tractor. He replaced it with a John Deere 5300. He misses the down pressure, but not much else.

If you have a heavy enough implement, then most of the time you would be better off without the down pressure. ;)

His blade is very heavy; he preferred the down pressure. I just report what I hear.

The older Farmall and International tractors equipped with the IH "Fast-hitch" system had down pressure. It was really nice to have and quite handy, even on "two wheel drive" tractors.
