Hello, I've got a 2016 M108s with a cab. The tractor came equipped with a 12v convenience outlet, mounted on the floor behind the seat. I have been running my JD bale monitor off it by attaching loose wires with crimp connectors to the existing terminals. Mickey Mouse I know, been doing it this halfarsed way for years. This hay season saw more problems with this poor set up, I want to do it right for next years' peace of mind. Have been trying off and on to find the pigtail to connect the JD monitor wiring to the outlet. The local Kubota dealer says the plug is not available from the mothership. I hear that Agco sells one that fits,,, not sure about that.

Does anyone know where to buy a pigtail that fits the Kubota outlet?

Check with JD. Used to be that you could buy extension harness for things like baler and chopper control boxes to lengthen the power cord on the boxes and match up with the outlet in the tractor. Would probably be in the parts book for the baler. I bought several of them to fit the box on our baler and pull behind choppers many moons ago.

Do you use the convenience port(12v outlet) for anything else besides the baler? Or the baler on a different tractor?
You could convert both ends to a SAE style plug on the cheap end or a Deutsch connection on the high end.

My vote would be have it wired to run the baler with deutsch connectors and still have a 12v outlet or USB style charger(phone charger, radio) off the same circuit. Depending on the amp load for the baler controller.
