I purchased new a Kubota 2380 with many implements including a loader. The loader is redesigned compared to my older Kubota so it's easier to connect. My problem is after the easy mounting I've noticed that there is a lot of play at the flimsy lockdown at the top of the mount! You actually see movement on the connection points when lifting and lowering the loader... so much so that the right side came right off after using for 45 minutes! The Kubota service doesn't know what to make of this and mentioned to keep greased the receiving parts of the tractor. I don't believe this set up will last and as I use the equipment it is only getting worse. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Might show a picture of the problem area. One further back, then some close up. Gives folks better info to give a satisfactory solutions.
Pretty bad when the dealer leaves you stranded, but tech may be inexperienced and not a problem solver.

The loader for a BX2380 is the LA344.
Do you have the latch knob/handle on both legs in the 'DOWN' position? Did you hear it 'click' into the locked position when you installed the loader?
If you had both latch knobs in the down position as you rolled the bucket down during the installation you should have heard them snap into the latched position.
If one of them didn't latch, you might've not been properly aligned between tractor and loader.
The only other (unlikely) probability would've been a defective latch mechanism on the loader's arm.
