How many hours on it? Could be the water pump or a blockage.

Bulldog probably means the exterior finned side. Commonly they get clogged with grass and dirt. Don't pressure wash it or you could damage the fins.
There's usually a screen in front of radiator that can get clogged also

Let it sit and get cold, open the radiator cap and crank it bump the rpms to 1000 to 1200 so it will heat up quicker. What you are looking for is circulation in the radiator when and if the thermostat opens. This will verify if the thermostat is opening or not. If no circulation as it heats either the thermostat is stuck closed or as others stated you have a internal blockage. To check the fins you should be able to see through them if they are clean if not use a garden hose to flush them. Let us know what you find and we will go from there because all I can think of the others have covered.
