For several months I have been rehabing this old L3750. New clutch, starter, filters, but I cannot get a constant fuel flow. The problem continues to be getting fuel from the tank to the filter. After taking off the fuel bowl and filter, and removing the line from the tank, I have used air pressure to blow out the line from the tank to the filter top and sometimes I get some little black specs and sometimes just fuel. I turn on the fuel from the tank to be sure it flows, I throw out the fuel in the bowl, attach it until it overflows to get all the air out, and maybe the tractor will run for a hour or two, or it maybe not. Have drained the tank, and added new fuel, but still get black flecks. Another post discussed algae. I do not have a manual. How do you remove the tank? And how can you get all the junk out of the valve and top of the fuel filter? How about an inline fuel filter between the tank and the valve above the fuel filter?

A lot of fuel filter housings just dump straight into the filter. Remove the fuel filter and hit it with some air, and it should get most of the gunk out of it. An inline filter is an option, but if you are already having delivery problems then it may hinder you till you get the gunk out of the system. And if you have a bunch of crud coming from your fuel tank, the fuel filter may be clogged already.

Yes you need to treat the tank with a biocide to get rid of the algae.
Pulling the tank will not help you a whole lot besides maybe being able to flush some of it out the filler.
I don't know of any free service manuals for that model, I would say bite the bullet and buy one as they are worth it.

I would remove the line from the filter, drain the fuel and then wash the tank out with your water hose. Let it dry overnight, might even rap a rag around the fill spout and blow some air in the tank then flush it out with some clean fuel. Should be good to go after that.

As a extra precaution I would run some diesel conditioner to make sure all the algea is gone.

I agree biocide is needed for algae I had fuel delivery from tank to inj pump problems on a used M4900 that I purchased. Local Kubota service manager told me there was a tiny screen in the water separater filter housing to check it. I did and tiny screen was clogged. I cleaned screen and solved problem.
