I am trying to locate a new or rebuilt clutch assembly for my L305DT. My 'tractor guy' is having trouble tracking down anything for this clutch, with the exception of the local Kubota dealer that is pricing it at the amount I paid for the tractor. At a minimum, I need the dual mass flywheel assembly, and we are having trouble finding that as well.

Is the L305DT just one of those models that is hard to find parts for?

BTW, first time posting on this forum, although I have perused quite a bit and gleaned a ton of useful info!

I have a supplier showing the dual stage clutch available. Worst case, I can send it in for a rebuild.

Let me know if have to shoot you a price?

The L305 and L345 clutches are the same - aftermarket ones are offered by ag suppliers.

What are the symptoms? Usually the travel disc gets thin and starts slipping. Adjusting the pedal linkage too far makes it so the pto clutch won't disengage. The whole dual clutch assembly is often not needed.

Are you sure you need more than just the worn travel clutch? Reason I ask is it is rare to wear out a pto clutch on these. And unless the travel clutch has ruined it, the rear pressure plate may still be fine and usable. Buying just the travel disc and release bearing is a lot cheaper if its all you need.

I think the travel disc description is usually 8-7/8" dia with 1-3/8" o.d. 19-tooth spline.

Here's a typical online listing Good luck Dick B

I have a Deutz 6206 that has a dual clutch. I took that clutch out and to a clutch rebuilder. He went through the whole thing and jigged it up so all I had to do was install it. I don't remember the cost, but it was very reasonable. That was about 8 years ago and it works fine.
