L3010/LA481 quick attach - help needed

Looking to add quick attach feature to my L3010's LA481 FEL. Started looking on line and realized I know nothing about quick attach. Questions:
- Should I be looking for universal or skid loader type?
- Any recommendations for quality, reasonably priced product?

Are you looking for a pin on setup or a fab it up yourself setup?

Wolfman, I assume that means "pin on" the item being attached (bucket, spear, etc.). If so, yes - pin on. I'm not looking to fabricate anything.

No "pin on" is the way your Bucket fits onto the loader arms without the QA adapter.
There are different options.
The factory Kubota QA only works on Kubota attachments and others have also complained that it moves the pivot point out to far.

A universal QA will work on a wider variety of attachments and might work better, but your going to have to find a Premade QA that will attach to your loader arms if you don't want to make your own.

If you are still interested in a pin on Quick Hitch, the Kubota BL1767 (3J055-36104) is the one that fits a L3010 with a LA481 0r La482 loader, I just got mine this week and paid 279.00 from the Kubota dealer, plus I have a list of what other models this will fit also. Dan

I put a Kubota pin on QA on my L3000 (LA450S loader) and it was the best money I ever spent. I have used it for quite a few years now with no complaints.

With the pin on quick coupler that Bulldog pictured and VTmaple talks about, you use the original bucket (and other attachments) pins to hook on with without any modifications.

BAP, you are exactly right about no mods required, another plus in my book. I like the fact that it has no moving parts to wear out unlike the SS type. I have used both types and IMHO the Kubota style QA beats the pants off a SS type QA.

I have the pin style quick hitch on my B2920 and love it. Easy to use, simple and adds very little to the length of the loader arms. Very quick to use.
