Yes shuttle shift. Has 12v coming from battery and it’s only a year old. It does click when trying to start. Just won’t turn over. I don’t think I would get anything if the safety switch was bad?Lets get some more info
Is this a shuttle shift? IF SO - the neutral safety switch may be the problem, there is a switch in the shuttle shift level
How do you know the battery tested good? Load test?
Does it click or make any noises at all when the key is turned?
12V @ 10mA will deflect a voltmeter but wont crank the starter. To fire up the starter you need several hundred amps.Yes shuttle shift. Has 12v coming from battery and it’s only a year old. So it "tries to turn over".Connections look good. I had that issue last year. Am I correct in thinking that if it was an issue between the starter and ignition I wouldn’t get any clicking or it trying to turn over?
Appearance of a battery cable connection can look good similar to a good appearing woman but be bad just the same!!Connections look good. I had that issue last year. So it "tries to turn over".
Does this mean the starter does engsge and partially roll the engine?

Yes all dash lights work and it cranks just won’t startDo you have lights?
Dash / Instrument indications?
A bad / active safety switch will keep it from cranking.
The noise your hearing could be the stop solenoid activating.
Thats what I figured....Thanks all. It ended up being a bad battery. Voltage was good but bad load. Interstate under a year old!
The shop I use that use to sell Interstate batteries quit handling them because of too many returns and poor customer service from the supplier. That was a couple of years ago. Thanks all. It ended up being a bad battery. Voltage was good but bad load. Interstate under a year old!
