Hi everybody,
(Excuse my poor english as I am french-canadian, I'll do my best ;) ).

Normally, when we turn the ignition to the glow plugs, all warning lights goes on and they turn off as we start the machine and stay off when running. Since a week, they never turn off when I run the tractor. Anyone have an idea of the problem?
Thanks a lot!

Your English is perfect!

I would suspect a "bad" key switch off the top of my head.

That's a 35 year old tractor......

When you turn to glow - is that a backwards turn of the key? CCW? or is that turn CW and hold THEN continue turning to start?

I can't help you with your problem but welcome to the group from another Canadian. Lots of great members on here and I'm sure they can help with troubleshooting the issue.

First, is it normal that all the warning lights goes on when I turn on the glow plugs? If it is, is there a circuit or a sensor that turn off the warning lights after I start the machine and all is ok?

You need to check that it's charging.

I can send you a copy of the WSM (AKA Service Manual) and that might help you narrow it down.

Some of these models came with a battery sensor and that has long become obsolete so in order for the dash lights to work normally, that sensor needs to be bypassed.

You are true about the sensor ,Wolfman. Before this week when the engine was running, only the battery sensor warning light was ON because of that obsolete sensor. But now, ALL the warning light stay ON. I will check anyway the charging voltage, but it seem to be more a poor contact somewhere or a relay or something like that, because it affects all the warning lights in same time. Someone have an idea?
