Anyone see the newly posted pricing on the Kubota Canada web site? May as well buy John Deere now.

My RTV-X1100C is now $32,000 before any options (or the same I paid for mine last year fully loaded with a Boss vee plow)

My bare B2620 before loader or options was 16 grand. Then it went to 18 when covid started. Now it starts at $24,000

M7060 cab bare without loader was $66,000 last month. It's $72,614 now.

Kubota is testing the waters to see how much they can push the needle before their sales crash. That same RTV-X1100C a friend ordered a year ago this past fall for $20,000 USD and it was delivered this past spring for the original quoted price and they didn't even have a deposit on it. Everyone that owns a Kubota before they started going wild with their prices is in a great position should they want to sell in the future. They might actually make a profit on a used tractor that they bought new.

Only if they don't need a tractor. If they do need a tractor then selling the one they have means buying another one in the same market. Just like houses, increases in house prices don't really help the home owner - if they sell the one they have they still need to buy another. They only really help "investors" with multiple homes who can sell some of them at a profit.

JD Canada doesn't post prices for a reason...

I could absolutely make a profit on my L48TLB, that I bought used 3 years ago.
Likely 15K,....or more!
And......I don't even need an L48 TLB!
But.....I do like having it!

Sold my 2017 RTV-X1100C with all of the bells and whistles and 11 or 12 hours about 15 months ago for $2,000 more than I paid for it 4 years previously.

Wish I had not done so as I could probably get another $2,500 now.

Going to be relocating in a year or so and will sell all 4 of my very low hour Kubotas as well as all of the associated equipment when I do. No plans to replace any after relocating. Can't wait.

I'm glad I purchased my tractor and current implements when I did back in July 2021 with 0% APR for 84 months. Our income hasn't gone up much since then but the costs of purchase and financing sure have. I don't think we'd be able to afford the tractor and implements today at current prices and financing rates.

Or, if you had put the money you paid under your mattress 5 years ago instead of buying the tractor, the purchasing power of that money would have declined by $15k in 5 years.

I don't want to quote almost every post and make a comment, but love all the replies. So spot on.

I don't know how people do it. I'm no longer a business owner and went to work in the mines and I still wouldn't pay these prices.
Glad to know I'm not the only one that thinks this is ridiculous. And also glad I have what I have and bought it when I did. And also glad my dealer honored an old quote on my RTV and didn't charge me covid prices.

Me too. I bought my two tractors with the idea of keeping them for 20 years at least. I have no interest in selling either. The dealer in WY ordered the M before the major price increases of 2021/2022, and despite showing up on the lot after at least two major price hikes, and without it spoken for, he listed it at the original order price which he clearly didn't have to do. He's one of the good guys for sure and the reason why I bought the M when I did.

I'd be tempted to get rid of all but one now - while prices are as they are.
