Doubtlessly there are “generic” cyls which will replace the OEMs…. (and of course, your loader model would likely be more descriptive than your tractor model.)

Hi Dan, Keith here

300 loader and I would like to replace all of them
If you can take a few measurements I will try to point you to some sources. Also a picture of the cylinders so I csn see the construction as well.

Measurements for Bucket and Boom Cylinders

Cylinder bore
Diameter of rod
Diameter of pins
Retracted Length center to center of pins
Extended length pin to pin

You are missing pin size, retracted length and stroke for the cylinders. Those other dimensions are not needed for sourcing cylinders.

Based on dimensions I found in an older thread these should be a direct drop in replacement for the lift cylinders. The bore is larger (2" versus 1.77") so you will gain 28% more lifting power.

I suggest you double check all dimensions before buying.

My hydrualic hose shop rebuilds cylinders for a third of what I could buy a replacement for. Have done a couple on various machines. I just take in hoses or cylinders and in 3-4 days time, I have new ones.

Might be worth checking out.

The boom cylinder od is 2.19

The boom piston is 1.18
Do you know the part number for the lift cylinders
Thank you for that info

How do you arrive at 1.18 diameter piston? That is the rod diameter which would be tough to do on a double acting cylinder.

The bucket cylinder kit is right under the boom kit in the link. They are ~$75 per cylinder.

Are you confident of those numbers? I am not.

Bore @1.2" is simply not plausible - way too small. Plenty of sources say 45mm (1.77") which is consistent with the OD number you posted earlier.

How is the retract number measured and how does it differ from pin to pin? Was the cylinder fully retracted or just to the point the bucket was on the ground?

What is the pin to pin center spacing with cylinders fully extended?
