Problem started gradually.. Had to pull up the brake pedals by hand. Now the Right side brake lever is completely stuck! - I can't get it to a even wiggle with a crescent wrench! -- 'Un-linking' the pedals & left side works ok. -- Any tips on freeing it up? or should I just 'tear into it'? Thanks for any suggestions. ( Links to a 'How to' video would be great if anyone has one..)

Remove the linkage off of it and make sure it's the back and not the front that's sticking.
It's very uncommon for it to stick there, very common for it to stick at the front pivot.
If it is sticking on the brake housing, before tearing into it, try spraying some rust breaker around the shaft work it a little, and see if that helps.

If it is sticking at the brake housing I would suggest you get the WSM to tear into it. ;)

I sometimes use blaster to loosen things but you’ll find it washes away quickly and the problem returns, same with WD-40.
I’ve started using Fluid Film and swear by it, it will bubble up when it contacts rust and soaks in, it also has some magic chemicals that keep it from washing away.
Up here in VT mechanics all over are using it as under coating on vehicles...

I buy Fluid Film in gallon containers (2 at a time when on sale) and use it about everything that's steel and moves! From hinges, locks, to undercoating my pickup. I just put a spritz on my HST pedal last week. If you're operating in a salty environment apply it before using in those conditions.

We would put fluid film on our weapons to prevent rust in humid conditions. I haven't used it for anything else.
