Along these lines, (with dealers over rating their equipment) I ran into the same problem. I asked my dealer for a quote for a chipper for my BX25. He recommended the BXM42 or the BX52S by http://www.wallensteinequipment.com/ca/en/group/wood-chippers-na/3-point%20hitch%20-%20self%20feed-na

I replied back to him pointing out that the BXM42 requires a PTO HP of 30-90HP. Way over what my BX25 puts out. And the BX52S is rated for 18-50 PTO HP. Again over the 17.7 HP at my PTO, but closer. I told him that the BX32S would be the one for my tractor. He then replied that he would typically sell the BX32S for a BX25 tractor, but that typically you want a wider opening for twisted branches, that are small in diameter and well within the HP of the tractor.

My neighbor has borrowed a BX32S and has used it on his BX25. He told me he has to engage and disengage the PTO about 3 times to get the heavy flywheel up to speed without stalling the tractor.

Since your choice is to take legal action against a dealer and Kubota corp, which is your right and potentially warranted.
I think it's best to leave it at that, naming names, emails, and numbers is not in the best interest of this forum.
Sorry your having issues with your tractor or equipment, and I do wish you the best, but please no legal mud slinging or posts in bad taste with un approved posting of names, phone numbers, or emails.

I have a B3350 great tractor very strong I am running a HEAVY DUTY bush hog brand squealer SQ60 5 ft, the combination is awesome I am cutting in bushes ten ft high, no problem, I have used the cheap weed cutter and alway had the same problem just as you have describes, I have never had to take my B3350 in for warranty but you can bet I will not have a implemente hooked up to my tractor if i take it in for warranty and it is none of their business what I do with MY tractor, get a good rotor cutter and enjoy your tractor, you don't have to tell your dealer what your going with your tractor, a B3350 will Handle a 5 ft rotor cutter but any piece of equipment can be damaged if not used proper.
