ah, but since Congress has NOT declared WAR, you're really not in a WAR, just helping out, so to speak....
I've never understood that but declaring WAR does have a lot of consequences.

I have just listed my Kubota on a separate insurance policy that will pay to replace my Kubota should it be stolen. It is worth more today used than what I paid for it 2 years ago. Same with my implements. Cars go down as they age, but tractors seem to just keep going up.
Not so sure about the "cars go down as they age".
My 2014 MB E350 cost me $15K when I bought it in Jan. 2020
A year later, it was worth almost $19K.

Now, 4 years after my purchase, it is showing to be worth $12K.
$4K is certainly a loss, but not a bad loss at all, for a car that is now 4 years older.

My (private sale) very low hour used $32K Kubota L48 TLB, seems to have gained $10K.
