there is no need to install or use any extra "things". Just go into settings, type in orangetractortalks, and remove all data and cookies related to this website, done.

Those messages about accepting cookies are actually scripted and can be blocked using script blocking software. I use one called YesScript2. It has three settings. One that does not block scripts, another that is half-blocking and the last one is full blocking. It is not a panacea against all website intrusive scripts but it works better than any other script blocker that I have used in many years. It is an addon for Firefox and Microsoft Edge. I use it on both browsers. Firefox also has a mobile version and this addon works well with it too.

One other addon that I use with Firefox is Adblock Plus. It work very well to block ads on every website. It is also the best ad blocker that I have ever used.
