I’m in the process of putting a bush hog 2245 qt loader on my l245. I’m new to this so any advice on where to find the rear brackets for mounting would be a great help.

You're probably going to have to fabricate them. Measure all the holes on the side of the transmission area, underneath that area, and see how you can make something to come out to set the towers on.

Or by rear brackets are you talking about the bars going from the base of the towers to the rear axle? Same thing, measure and fab.

So fabricating isn’t a problem. Having something to go by like a drawing to show what needs to go where.

I'm thinking about adding a front implement on my L275 also.
You might find some OEM drawings helpful from other loaders here.
Here is the link and a few model names for loaders to search if you haven't seen this yet.
Good Luck.
