How is the headlight switch on a BX1500 removed?

If you can get to the backside of the dash you can push on the tabs - if not a thin bladed screwdriver may allow it to pry out.

You might want to disconnect ground cable from battery before removing switch.

The switch you have circled usually can be pried up using a very thin screwdriver or a butter knife. That is how they also come out on my BX23S cab light switches.
