The wife gave me the kitchen for a while and I made Finnish Pula bread, and marinated pork loin....she has been in there ever since. Have a happy Thanksgiving everyone and eat lots of pie.

CBS had an interview with Arlo Gothrie this morning about his song Alice's Restaurant and how he got arrested for dumping some trash in a public place of Thanksgiving day because the local dump was closed. Later, he wasn't drafted because he was not the kind of citizen the US Army wanted.

50 years later it's still talked about on Thanksgiving.
