I had parked my Land Cruiser down by one of the storage buildings where I was going to rinse it off.

Cat jumps up on the roof and is sitting there staring at me. I told her to get down and waved my hand at her. What does she do?

Lays down and gives me that 'I'll get down when I'm damn good and ready' look.

I was sorely tempted to spray her down with the hose, but restrained myself.

First because she's a CAT, so I half expected that response.
Second because she's female....so the same thing applies.

Something like 99% of them are female owing to their genetic make up (X chromosome).


And believe me....they seem to know they are 'special'

Much like a Calico, we had a tortoiseshell cat. Female. Sophie.

Tortoiseshell were same/similar to calico as I recall. Most females.

Harbored that little PITA for 14 years.

Talk about attitude…..Bit a kid at a birthday party….farted HORRIBLY in the night. Left slaughterhouse remnants on the porch daily, all the while we had mice in the house.

Our 147 pound Labrador/Great Dane was terrified by a 9-pound cat.

Our first Boxer puppy was about her size, and not able to defend himself. We could tell she was sizing him up for some damage…

Somebody had to go….
