Mine does that! The cause is in the hydraulic lever! If the lever is pushed too far oil will by pass circulate! I pull the lever back and this fixes the problem!PTO engages occasionally, but not predictable. Anyone have any experience? PTO clutch is new, hydraulics work fine.

Yes you can certainly revive an old thread, BUT before you do I suggest a couple of things to think about before you do.Are we still not allowed to revive old threads here?
Thanks for the permission, although I wasn't aware that's how forums worked.Yes you can certainly revive an old thread, BUT before you do I suggest a couple of things to think about before you do.
1) if you want to ask the question “what was the fix for your problem”, see if that poster is even still active. You do that by clicking on the poster’s name in their post. It will show you the last time that member posted. I will suggest that most threads that don’t have a final resolution already posted, that member did not stay active, they posted questions and may have gotten the answers they needed to resolve the issue so just moved on.
2) If you do revive an old thread, then STATE that you are reviving an old thread so that if someone reads your post, they know it is an old thread since some people assume they are reading current posts and will try to read the whole thread and start making new suggestions that are not really going to help the poster that will never see them.
I was not permitting anything, just answering the question you asked in post #14. I have no control over what can and cannot be posted on this forum so therefore cannot grant permission or deny permission to post. I thought I was being nice about it but you seem to be mildly offended, so I apologize. Thanks for the permission, although I wasn't aware that's how forums worked.
