I have a chance to buy a good used Ford dirt scoop from a family member. It is too big to fit on their Mitsubishi 180 (970 cm) width and I was wondering if it would fit my B8200 (1400cm)width. Has anyone used one of these implements on a similar sized tractor?

'dirt scoop' ? You mean the 3PH scoop or are you talking about a loader bucket ?
If it's really the 3PH dirt scoop, it's a regular CAT 1 implement

Something like this?
It will give your B a heck of a workout, and if you load it too heavy it won't lift it.
But yea it should work.
The depth of the mounting point when in the reverse fashion might be an issue.

I’ve used one quite a lot on a 9N Ford with R1’s assuming the blue/silver thing on the back of the 9N in the below pic is what you’re talking about.

Looking at the specs on the B8200 on Tractor Data, it appears to be of similar weight and HP. A bit more HP and weight would be useful but still a quite useful implement for doing some digging with the 3 point and use as a carryall (particularly if you add a removable extension as shown in the pic). If you have turfs on your B8200, may not be so useful for digging. As previously stated, it’s a standard Cat 1 implement.
