Hence why I carry 24/7/366Interesting piece on US Farm Report on RFDTV this morning.
Talked about how dangerous wild pigs can be. Quite a few fatalities in India and China, but still a few in the US.
Didn’t catch all the statistics, but typical incidents were with agricultural workers, not a hunting scenario.
Wow -Wild hogs will occasionally charge at you, especially if a sow just had a litter or a boar wants to contest his territory, or walking up on a sounder that's been bedded down.
Do you care to state what caliber you carry? Just curious.Hence why I carry 24/7/366
XD 9, mixed loads of fmj & hollows.Do you care to state what caliber you carry? Just curious.
I do as well, on my property, but nothing more than armadillos, or an occasional Prairie rattler for me to deal with. Ok, maybe a coyote too. I usually have a Ruger SP101 (.22LR) on my hip or in my tractor holster.
