can anyone tell me if the Hydraulic filter is also the drain plug for the Hydraulic and diff oil

No, there is 3 of 4 drain plugs on the bottom of the cases.

Thanks, I found 1 big plug, just a little oil comes out, and I cleaned the filter
and put new oil in, it worked perfect again.
