Okay guys. I have another question and i am needing some advice. I currently own a B6000 it is in very nice shape but needs a few new parts (Including new Rice tires ). I am thinking about selling it so I can get a B6100 instead. I live in the US so finding B6000-compatible implements is difficult. My thought was if I get the B6100 I will gain a tiny bit of horse power and ergonomics. I would still need to order the rice tire from TracPartz.com ($$) and I would have a badass little tractor. Do you think its worth it? I need a small tractor that can run into to woods and pull out light timber from my swamp. I haven't rolled out a b7100 but Im thinking it may be a bit too big (I haven't seen one in person). I need something similar in size to a mid-bore atv. Do the B6000,6100, and 7100 have similar 4x4 systems and differential lock?

The B6000 is in a different class than the B6100's and B7100's, the controls are similar but not the same.

The B7100 is the same physical size as the B6100, and there are a lot more of them around.

The B7100 came in several versions, the older gear drive version has the same axle front as the B6100 gear drive.
The newer B7100's came with a better designed front axle that is smooter and simpler.

What is a 'rice tire'. Curious minds want to know?

The B6100 and the B7100 are the same size besides the B7100 having just slightly taller tires, the motor, frame, transmission and rear axle assembly are all the same.

The b6100 and B7100 and just slightly larger than the B6000.

No the debate of B6100/B7100 Gear verses Hydro, the hydro wins hands down, operationally and mechanically.
The HST's rarely have transmission issues and are easy to get parts for the B7100 Geared are getting harder to get parts for.

Note: You could also get a B6001 or a B7001, they are both grey market models but they will be geared and about the only difference is they have slightly different internal gears in the transmission and PTO drives, the rest of the tractor is virtually the same.

Avoid the B7000 as parts for it are incredibly hard to get!

If you were close, I'd tell ya to come over and drive one of mine, they are really nice and powerful running machines, I even have one for sale!

Thanks again for the help. Does the 6001 and 7001 have a CCW PTO? I think the b7100 is going to be the winner. I found a few companies that offer the Rice tires for the 7100 as well. I deep ultra deep lugs in order to get through the swamp.

The B6100, B7100, B6001, B7001 all have the normal rotation.
The B6000 was the only model that had reverse rotation on the PTO.

Rice tires for the B7100's are fairly easy to get as it's a standard size.
