Oh well, if that's what they want.
Back in 1997 a group protesting a pigeon shoot here in PA chained themselves together though steel pipes embedded in concrete-filled plastic barrels blocking a road. I was hoping the authorities would leave them take care for themselves. I'd have made a little detour around them and let them there. Instead, local first responders spent valuable resources on freeing them.
