Last year I replaced the fuel filters but it came right back. It’s all most like my inline fuel pump isnt running all the time. Not sure if it is supposed to or if it only runs a need be basis. Any help would be great

Do you mean it's cutting out when your doing tasks like mowing?

Could be the seat switch is maladjusted and cutting the motor out. ;)

The pump runs as long as key is in the on position!

If you glow your plugs - you will hear the constant ticking of the pump - if there is NO ticking, you have a bad pump, connection or wire.

The pump constantly feed the injector pump and the excess is pumped back to the tank.

When you change the fuel filters - that's why you turn the key for 30 seconds to clear out the air in the line:D

If you check fuel filter and they have black material in them.It could be the fuel sensor in the tank. I similar problem it would run fine and lose power. Took apart fuel tank and found the sensor had rusted and the pieces clogging rear filter. replaced sensor and have not had problem since. I do refuel after every use.
