BX fuel pump upgrade

has anyone upgraded their Kubota BX factory fuel pump to a better one? my fuel pump failed at 20 hrs
I will be doing my remote fuel filter up grade as soon as mowing season is done so I figure change fuel pump just in case , I see Mega flint is a option but they make 2 for different PSIs 2.5-4 psi AND 4-7 so I figure I have the lower PSI pump
or does anyone have and better options...

yes dealer replaced under factory, but as my luck fuel pump would fail again.

I have almost 250 hours on mine.....not a lick of problems with the pump.....
filters on the other hand, THAT needs a serious upgrade!

I've been in the Kubota business almost 3 decades.

Electric fuel pumps aren't high on my list of common failure parts. Maybe a dozen in almost 30 yr? And probably 10 of those were in 2011 or 2012, on ZG200 series gas mowers, for whatever reason.

BX pump? Never replaced one. That' doesn't mean that they don't die. It just means that I don't hear of it often. Usually fuel filters and there's 2 of them in case you didn't know-one before the pump and one up by the engine. The one before the pump is the first one to catch all the "stuff" (algae here lately).

1375 hrs on my BX and original pump. Filter your diesel before it gets in the tank.
