Busted fuel tank

Yes the tank did leak all of my fuel out but not as fast as i would have expected from holes that size. I wonder if that means there are two layers.

It means that the tank is fully toasted.

I agree the tank needs replacement. I disagree that you have to give Kubota $1,000 for another plastic one.

I'd investigate custom-making a new tank from tig-welded aluminium plate, using the old one as a template. It'll still probably cost you $1,000 at the fab shop but in the end you' have a superior solution.

Update:
After taking the tank of I found a hose that had come off next to the drain plug. PTL
