I have a Kubota B3030.
It just shut down like I turned the key off.
When I try to restart her, she is not getting fuel.
I checked the fuses and the opc fuse is blown.
Whenever I attempt to put a new fuse in it just keeps blowing.

Any ideas??

Check for wires that are shorting out - rat/mice damage. See if somehow a wire is being pinched when you are sitting down on the seat.

why does a fuse blow?

when excessive current, e.g., more than what the fuse is rated for, passes through the fuse, the element in the fuse burns and stops current flow. This protects the wiring among other things.

So you have to figure out why excessive current flowed through the fuses. That....is the trick.

Short circuit is the #1 cause, chafed, frayed, rat damaged wiring is common.

But sometimes a component can fail and cause the same thing to happen, and yes I have seen it several times on the 3030's and 3300's.

Now go find your wiring diagram, trace it out and find what is on the opc circuit, test those components and finally inspect the wirings that feed those components. Properly done, you will find your problem. It's not too hard.

Plug a 12v 12w Incadescent light bulb into fuse panel(12w=1a, 24w=2a,ect) when you find/remove short light goes out or gets dim.

Yes...I have an idea.... Keep putting fuses in it until it catches fire and burns completely up! Doh!

The fuse blows because there’s an overload on the electrical circuit. When you keep replacing the fuse....YOU keep overheating the wires on that circuit. What do you expect to eventually happen?

Air Canada’s flight 797 pilots kept resetting the circuit breakers on the lavatory and guess what happened?
