If the key won't stop the engine, you have to suspect the fuel shutoff solenoid. I suppose that could cause the smoke problem as well. does it run ok when fully started? At 152 hours, a call to your dealer may be in order.

It's flooding it with fuel, could be a fuel injector stuck open, or it could be a injection pump issue.
I doubt it will be under warranty as it is a 2014.

How does it run? Wide open all the time, or does it run more or less normally? Does it respond to throttle?

I've got a similar problem, and mine doesn't respond to the throttle. It was having trouble starting over the winter and I just replaced the stop solenoid and glow plugs and it was running great. Then yesterday it started chugging but was responding to the throttle, so I put it back in the shed and turned it off. Today, after starting it, it started at very high RPM with heavy black smoke and wouldn't shut off. I had to put it under heavy load up a hill to kill it.

You need to test the injectors and then if that does not fix the issue you will need to have the injection pump rebuilt.

I am working on a tractor (I know...different than an RTV) with similar complaint. Found engine crankcase full of fuel due to failed mechanical lift pump. On a lot of "newer" engines, the crankcase is vented to the intake manifold. If crankcase lube oil has fuel in it, and is over-full, it can vent directly to the intake manifold, which if that happens, the engine will run on it's own oil until it (1) runs out of oil (2), owner loads it to turn it off, or (3) the air supply is cut off.
