Barter 4- labor (L235 tractor repair) for working nice L225

anyone interested trading either a nice *tractor or a classic Enduro **Yamaha for labor toward getting an L235DT back in use.

Preferably in OH, IN, WV, KY or??

mostly rebuilding engine, look for other issues not yet known, (loose things, like wheel bearings etc, shavings in tranny or not etc.) then lube her up for use.

Just signed up for ObomaCare Money just got shiat loads tighter Original plan put in motion a year ago was to barder with friend ro rebuild it in exchange for year or so of Gymanstics lessons for his kids and then sell L225..... but he's lost his job and now has to put his efforts in new directions. I've already done years of lessons for them. Welcome to life right

. L225 works fine, has year old new Hydraulic pump (800 dollars) and new block heater. Estimated value around $1200 (possible fuel contaminant leak into lube oil. Will update soon)
. Yamaha XT550. Classic kick start enduro. Mounted on it now are NEW adventure bike tires. Have a set of great knobbys also. Added 12v accessory plug and Phone/GPS holder. Value easily $1800

Coachgeo, since you can't find any eager volunteers, do you have a trade school, or even a good high school shop class that will take on a project?

Go to your local farm store. They probably have a small engine/chain saw dept. Ask the service guy if he know a good engine mechanic. Or your local auto parts store, ask them.... Everyone with wrenches knows someone who can do what you need done, you may have to overlook the job and give them some coaching.....but man, it's not rocket science!

Coach, I found this and maybe you can strike a deal. Sell the one tractor to this guy. He may come and pick it up! Then you'll have funds to get your best one going.
