Wondering if anyone has filled there LX rear tires
14x17.5 with ballast trying to get a solid (close to accurate) number of gallons per tire … i have figured about 48 gallons i’ll need which is 23-24 gal per tire

I would - game changer. Hard part is deciding what fluid and what to spend on said fluid.

24 gallons is spot on btw

wind shield washer fluid is cheaper and is close in weight to the RV antifreeze for what its worth.

Here's a lbs. / gal comparison to estimate weight added.

Lbs. / Gal Fluid
6.50 Methanal Alcohol
7.60 Windshield Fluid
8.33 Water
9.60 Antifreeze
10.85 Beat Juice
11.60 Calcium Chloride

Do consider the toxicity of the fluid both to the wheel and the environment if you get a flat.

For me, Rim Guard (Beet Juice) was the best choice. Dealers also will come to you to fill your tires in some areas.
