You won't find most of the parts new as they have been discontinued for many years, and used RARE!
And if you did find the parts they are in the $2500 range for just the parts you would need to fix it.
It's a fairly simple fix:
Cut bolts on plate, weld on new bolts:
You can actually still get the rubber bumpers:

but they were held into the Female side via snap rings, and that would be expensive to have done.
I would just bolt the rubber couplings to the bolts with flat washers on either side.
The with that done take it to a machine shop and drill three new holes the proper diameter and your back in business.
