My B7100 has no working lights at all.
The starter engine works fine and also the safety contact for the clutch.
The oillamp and the horn is also dead.

Should the headlights power up on the first position when i turn the key?

Will be alot easier to search for the problem without having the engine running.

Had similar issues on my B7100HST. Turned out to be the wire bundle that runs through the firewall in front of the fuel tank had chaffed through. At first I didn't care, but then the main fuse kept blowing from the shorts. Check the wire bundle and fuse then give us an update.

Go to Kubotabooks.com and download the 3 part WSM it has the wiring scematic on it.
There are 2 fuses under the dash and that sounds like your issue.

Thanks.

It looks as the cables go under the battery could be some wearing there.

I just bought and it have not worked as long as i have owned it. There for i don't know if the light should go on by the first step of the Key-switch?

Looks as it should go on if i read the diagram correct.

I downloaded the service manual and the wireing diagram dont look the same as in my original owners manual. Even tho it says B7100-D on both of them [emoji3].

It's not that advanced electrics on the B7100 so in worst case I'll check every cable one by one [emoji3]

Thanks again for your help

It may have two positions for the lights, three total positions
On, low beam, high beam

Sometimes one or other beam level burns out in the bulbs making it seem to not work

My B7100 has a light switch, simple on/off. Switch only works when the ignition switch is in the ON position.

Does your front wheel have 4 mounting bolts or 6? That gives an idea of the age of the B7100. Older 4 bolt tractors may be wired slightly differently, but on my later B7100 the 4-way flashers operate independently of the key but the headlights and taillight only operate when the key is on.

Looking at the two respective wiring diagrams, the older version has all the ancillary electrics fed from the ignition switch AC contacts (closed when switch is in "Run" position). The oil pressure light is not fused, the hour meter and optional 4-way flasher is protected with a 3 amp fuse, and the headlights and horn are fed through a 5 amp fuse. Glow plugs and starter respectively are fed from independent ignition switch contacts.

The later design is very similar, except the horn becomes optional, the hazards are standard and there is a third fuse added for the optional work lamp at the rear.

So, if the glow plugs and starter are working, then power is getting to the ignition switch. Since nothing else is working, the one point that is common to all is the ignition switch AC contacts. While it is possible that there are 2 or 3 separate problems such as blown fuses or broken wires, I'd start by checking the ignition switch AC contacts.
