I recently bought a nice little Kubota B7100 HST with belly mower. I am experienced with larger tractors and find them all to work about the same, but this B7100 is a little quirky to me. I have the original Operator's Manual but am still confused by the mid and rear PTO speed lever. Does the mid PTO run at the same speed in all lever positions?

The mid PTO only operates when the lever is in the high position. In the low position only the rear pto operates. In high both the mid and rear are powered but at different RPMs.

Thanks, that is different than anything I have ever used. Do you ever use the mid and rear PTO's at the same time?

Dotty,

I asked that same question when I bought my 2013 BX25D....
guy told me that there was a vacuum bagger attachment that uses the rear PTO and when you are cutting grass it vacuums the grass up in the collection bags. Be nice to have something like that ....but........I will never have that !:)

How about a propeller and wings? Maybe the thing will fly.
