Going to start the backhoe project after Christmas and looking to see if I can find any sort of backhoe subframe made for a b7100. Brand doesn't matter as I'm going to have to fabricate anyway. I'm in Northeast Alabama but will travel some or look at shipping. Thanks and merry Christmas

Wish I could help but in the same boat. Need to find out what subframe my Kubota B7610 needs to mount a backhoe and I can't even find that info. Very frustrating. Good luck.

Your subframe search task will be like searching for hen's teeth!
Good luck!

Your going to need to be a little more specific in your request as there are several options depending on which model B7100 you have.

I have a newer style b7100hst 4wd. But like I said anything is going to require some modifications so it doesn't really matter
Knowing the variables involved, you would be better off just scratch building the subframe to match what ever BH you come up with.

You may be right. The hoe came with a subframe from an L series which is wider than my b frame but at least I have metal to work with. Just gotta figure out the best way to narrow it and still keep the original mount points on the hoe. Thank you

What make / model hoe are you trying to put on it?
Most L sized BH will be too much for a B7100, as there isn't much of a tractor to deal with to start.
And yes I'm quite familiar with the B7100 HST, have had several of them, and still have one.
Also the L's BH normally hangs off of the axles, and as i said in your other post I really wouldn't suggest doing that with a B, especially a B7100.

It's a bush hog 665h a little 6 foot. I really don't know why they made a subframe for an L series cause it would look a little silly being so small

That's a 7 foot model.
It is really too big for a B7100!

Straight comparisons:
The specs
B7100; 13 PTO HP
BH; 15 - 35
B7100; 3.6 gallons, 3 gpm at 1570 PSI to 1710 PSI
BH; 4 to 5 GPM at 2250 PSI
B7100; The three point lift is 400 lbs, so that gives you some kind of comparison as to what kind of weight you should hang off the back.
BH; 645+ lbs

Bush Hog Model 665H, Cat 1 & 2, 3-Point Mounted Backhoe.
* Specifically designed for smaller Compact Tractrors with 15 to 35 PTO HP.
* 7'- 0" Maximum Digging Depth.
* 6'- 6" Digging Depth with 2' Flat Bottom.
* 180 Degree Horizontal Swing Arc & Bucket rotation.
* 5'-0" Loading Height w/Bucket at 60degrees.
* 8'- 6" Reach from Center Line of Swing Pivot.
* 2450lb's of Bucket Cylinder Digging Force.
* 1250lb's of Dipstick Cylinder Digging Force!
* Hydraulic Req's are 4 to 5GPM & 2250PSI.
* Weight less Bucket is 654lb's.

How are you going to power it?
The on board Hydraulic system of the B7100 is not up to the task, no where close
And the PTO output would be very anemic trying to run a pump to supply 4 to5 GPM at 2250PSI
You'll also have to add a tank and a pressure relief valve.

Yes I know I'm being negative to this endeavor and a captain Buzz Kill
but it's real world specs, there not much room for spinning it to make it work.

Buy a bigger tractor, like an L, to run it on.

To the best of my knowledge and belief, the only backhoe recommended by Kubota for the B7100 is the B4672A (6'). There is no subframe to attach that backhoe to that tractor. HOWEVER Kubota did specify that the B4672A requires a front end loader with subframe (eg: B1630B) when used on the B7100. Also, the B7100 requires Heavy Duty Top Link Bracket #70050-93214, and maximum recommended bucket width is 16".

Note that there is (or were) subframe kits to mount that same backhoe to other models. The B1700, B2100, B2400 or B7300 required B4671A Support Frame Kit. The B7400, B7500 and B2410 required B4681 Support Frame Kit. Perhaps this led to some confusion?

Oh, and as described by Wolfman, the B4672A came with a PTO pump and separate hydraulic reservoir to overcome the limitations of the anemic on-board hydraulic pump.

Lots of confusion haha. Seems to be the norm for anything outside the box on old b tractors. But gotta love them.

I know the b670 had a subframe for a b7100 with the 219 loader. And woods made a subframe for the bh650 and b7100 I think. But I think my best bet is just make my own. I bought a hydraulic tank and pto pump setup from a woods hoe so that'll solve that problem
