Will a B4672A backhoe fit onto a B2560 with cab? The reason I ask is I have this backhoe from my B2410 and now looking at the B2560.Would like not to have to purchase another backhoe.

Do you mean a B2650HSDC?

If so, then the answer would be no, it needs a BH77. ;)

Oh darn.I figured a 3 point hookup would work. One kubota dealer said it would and another said they did not know. I need to know for sure before I go any further.Has anyone tried this before?

Both have cat 1 3point, so yes on that, but.. I don't know if there is room with the cab.

Then there is the big question.. How long before the backhoe does MAJOR damage to your new tractor ? Kubota uses a 4 point sub frame to handle the forces from the hoe.

Some will say "you have it, use it", but there is a reason kubota uses a subframe, and not 3pt.

But this was an original hookup from Kubota. They must have changed their philosophy. This was purchased 18 year ago.

I'd say things changed when people started putting 3pt hoes on heavier tractors. I bought a 4672 to go on my old B7100 and it worked fine except the bh was really to heavy for that size tractor. When I changed it over to fit my L3000 is when I started to see issues. I never broke anything but it would make some awful sounds when it was put in a bind. I have no doubt if I'd kept using it something would have broke.

I have never kept the backhoe attached to the tractor for more than the time it was in use. It is like brand new. Under tarp in heated barn.
