Thanks to North Idaho Wolfman for correct manual. Reviewed it this morning.

Basically still at same point. We have verified the safety switches are sening correct signals to OPC so tractor should crank (but doesn't). The way we checked signal (voltage) to starter is to put multimeter on wire that connects to OPC and then to blade on starter. With key to start, still no voltage on it. We checked continuity from OPC connector in dash down to connector on wire, all good.

Going to trace wires again and look for anything like pinched etc but about ready to just jumper start switch past OPC.

As i mentioned if you hook remote start switch to starter solenoid starter cranks fine and tractor starts fine. I mowed 5 acres yesterday with no issues.

That is wrong.
You put one lead of meter on the OPC or Starter terminal and one on ground.
If you tested the other terminals of the OPC in the same manner that would explain your no output.

Pull the OPC, with the key in the crank position the plug side should only have power on i, c, a and ground on b.
Use a simple test light.
For testing ground put the alligator clip on a known positive and the probe on the b pin.

That’s how my cousin tested it today and before.
After several long hours of testing and re-testing same result. All inputs to OPC for start are there and correct.
Got tired of searching so since we had old OPC timer we popped off cover to see what’s in there. Not worth $250 for sure. After looking at how it operates modified old one do key bypasses the relay inside.

starts great now.
