Without looking it up .......I would "guess" closer to 2000, on the BX series, it comes factory around 1800 ish - bumping it to 2000 is about safe max.

What are you reading now? I did read that many are using a PSI closer to 2400-2500 after shimming.

Haven't checked it yet. waiting for the correct Male Fitting. I have read that it should be read from the loader lift line on the tractor. And of course, just to keep things confusing for us novices, others have said that it should only be done with a "T".

Which is correct?

Either will give you the same readings, it's just with the Tee you will have to max out the loader movement to get the reading. ;)

Any chance you can take a picture of this in the service manual? Someone on Facebook is disputing this.
Gee, who to believe, they guy who works on them all the time (Wolfman) or some yahoo on Farcebook. Obvious answer to me. Maybe not to you however.

Though I appreciate sarcasm, I definitely don't appreciate being insulted. I know who to believe.

The proof was needed to settle a dispute. Turns out the other guy's proof was from a BX manual instead of a B. If I had a service manual then I would have settled it myself. I don't so I was requesting someone who does.
