B 7100 hst loader question fabrication?

Hello to all members first time post . Recently purchased a B7100 with a 60 inch belly mower . Looking to either fabricate a loader or modify a existing one for? this little tractor , Looking for any advice have access to whole machine and fab shop. Any working plans drawings mounting details ? Want to do this right and dont wank to break bell housing or any structural parts . Thanks in advance

what model MMM is under your B7100?

Gonna be tough to start from scratch! But not impossible - many here have made stuff from nothing and will help you!

I did it, it's not an easy or cheap task.

Things I've learned, use lighter steel and smaller rams.
Invest some good money in the right size loader valve, a valve with too much flow will make the loader hard to operate.
This loader will pick up the entire tractor without an issue, but it's too heavy!
Lighter steel and smaller rams will hold up fine and make it much more user friendly!
Using the built in hydraulic pump on the HST is fine, but it is a little slow, a front pump will make the unit faster.
bucket weight make a huge difference in the operations, keep the bucket light.

Dont need the serial - just the model # - I want to know how yours is "hooked up" - the 60" on mine is, how can I say this......rigged ....and I want to see the real McCoy!

Hookie the model is hst-d engine size is 750 -dh mower deck is a rc 60 does that help any?

Wolfman, could you post the measurements on your lift arms? From mount to center of angle and from center of angle to end of arm where the bucket mounts. then from mount to end of arm where bucket mounts on a straight line so I have the triangle dimensions. The top sides of the arms is what I need.
