I would get a new point (spiral) and get new cutting edges and weld them on and call it a day.
The auger is in sad condition and one more run at cutting blades is probably about all it has in it. ;)

If you have a TSC nearby look at buying a new auger. I bought a new 12" for about $150 and it has done very well. They normally have replacement teeth and bits in stock.
