I have a kubota L4400 HST. the headlights are anemic (I do have some northern tool LED work lights mounted on my ROPs that help immensely) and i would like to replace the original headlight bulbs with an LED of some sort. The OEM part number for the bulb is 34070-99010. Has anyone been down this road before and have improvised a solution?

Been a few months since this was asked and have had no response, so being that I am curious with the same question, time to bump.

Sadly no one makes the type of lamp that most Kubota lights take, it's a rare bulb that the only other use I've found is Moped headlight.

When I tried replacing my headlight bulbs with the LED 1156 bulbs from Walmart, they flickered really really bad. Like strobe lights. I have no idea whether it was those bulbs or maybe that we have charging dynamos, not a regulated alternator. I returned them. Post if you have any different results. Thanks.

So has anyone tried these bulbs? The OEMs on my B2650 aren't bad, but I know if I tried an equivalent LED, they would be great. I even have the OEM halogen floods front and rear, which help as well. I haven't yet pulled the bulbs from the floods, but if anyone has replaced them with an equivalent LED bulb, that info would be great as well.

If your power output is noisy you may want to try some filter capacitors.

There is a Youtube video about replacing lights on Kubotas with LEDs. Google should direct you there. Can't guarantee a correct fit, but they are specifically for Kubota's.
