Took delivery today on a new BX23S. Entire property is on a slight grade on 2 acres. One of my neighbors also has a BX23S and has put 500 hours on his over the last three years and loves it, and was one of the reasons I went with a Kubota.
I spoke to the manager of the dealership about wheel spacers and he said that Kubota only makes 5/8" spacers and that's all they recommend and said that any wider can lead to leaking seals. This contradicts pretty much everything I've read online, and even a Kubota dealer mentioned on their Youtube channel that they've never seen any issues with people using wider spacers up to 3" (I believe it was Messick's).
I'd like to add some 2" spacers. Many says they can feel a difference ins stability with the wider stance, and spacers are cheap. I don't want to void my warranty though, and don't really see the point of a 5/8" spacer.
Guessing the consensus is going to be that I shouldn't doo it since my particular dealer said the warranty will be void if you go with anything wider than the 5/8" OEM wheel spacers.
