Pump capacity is how much the pumps flow and is listed in Liters per Minute. It is not the volume of fluid needed to fill after servicing. Therefore this rules out your 3rd item.

Of your remaining sources, I'd trust the WSM over TractorData since the WSM is a Kubota document.

Just make certain the WSM is the most current version and for your specific tractor.

I wouldn't worry about what is written anywhere, go by what you see in person.
Reading a dipstick, or a sight glass will give you real world info that is far more accurate! ;)

For purchasing go with the 54 quarts since it is the greater of the 2 volumes you have listed ruling out pump capacity.

This way you are sure to have enough fluid for the change if it is less than you have some as spare in the barn.

Of course, I ran right out after reading the tractordata specs and before looking at the manual.
I bought 50 qts. thinking 42.6 plus enough for the front axle and diff.
Oh well, I'll run back up to dealer and get enough to be sure.

I prefer conventional gear lube for the front differential.
