Engines don'y dry start anyway. The lube oil remains on the crank journals and other mating parts, long after it drains back into the pan. Called boundary lubrication and / or film thickness. Only time you would have a dry start is after a rebuild bit that is why you coat the bearing surfaces with clean motor oil or assembly lube prior to initial start after rebuild.

If your motor is making noise immediately upon start up that goes away after the system is pressurized, something else is going on.

Verbiage is everything when it comes to tractor parts! ;)

030, 040, 080 are bolts.
050 is a drain plugs, different threads than a bolt.

There is no torque valve given to drain plugs as they have seals, they do not get torqued.
Tighten till snug.

The pan is aluminum. I didn't see anyone mention it-and likely missed it. I've had them off a million times over the years. A LOT of kubota's oil pans are aluminum (but not all). It's better than steel. Steel pans bend easily when sticks, stumps, etc get into it. Aluminum won't bend as easily because it's much thicker than a steel pan would be.
